Welcome to Bosco

Bosco’s food is loosely based on the fare from the coastal and olive oil regions of France, Italy and Spain and is housed in our long time baker Richie’s bakery and warehouse.

Bosco and its food offering is very much a product based around the essence of every great meal, bread.

Bosco is our latest and favourite project. Named after either an Italian wood, a contestant from season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race or a leasing agent, my mate Mark thought was ‘not a bad bloke’.

More than anything else, it’s a reflection of a life spent in kitchens, bars and restaurants and dishes and wines from establishments we’ve owned, restaurants we’ve worked and operated and the people and regions we love.
